Heya folks.
I just wanted to give a heads up that starting next week (Monday, October 28th) and right through November that updates are going to be a bit more sporadic. I intend to still get at least 3 posts up a week, but I am not willing to commit to more than that.
Traditionally when I do this I still update every day. Not sure why, but it happens. This time I'm not so sure.
The reason? Well, November kicks on NaNoWriMo which I intend to use to try and write the first draft of a novel I've had in mind. The week before I am hoping to wrap up a novel I am working on right now before November begins. I am also putting edits on a story I wrote earlier in hopes of maybe getting it out to an agent or two before people start sending in piles of NaNoWriMo stories to editors.
Between the three projects I am expecting most of my writing time to be taken up. We'll see how it goes, and as I'll still be gaming I'll still be talking about gaming. I just might be talking about it a bit less.
That out of the way, anyone else here participate in NaNo? If not, and you have any interest in writing, it is definitely worth a shot.
NaNoWriMo is most interesting! Never heard of it and appreciate you bringing it to my attention. If my gaming wasn't ramping up right now I'd give 50k words some serious thought....
